I ship anywhere and everywhere. Please bear in mind it can take up to 6 weeks depending where you’re from.
All international orders will only be sent fully tracked.
How long is the processing time?
All orders are normally despatched within 1-5 working days. If you need it sooner please drop me an email prior to ordering at; [email protected]
How do you ship and how long does it take?
UK shipping is sent 1st class, and normally arrives within 1 to 2 working days.
International is sent tracked/signed and can arrive anywhere from a week to 6 weeks depending on delays and time of year.
I'm not happy with my order can I return it?
Please contact me via email for any issues regarding your order. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns are at buyer expense and any original shipping fees are non refundable. There may also be additional charges if a product is returned damaged which effects its sellable condition.
I think my order is lost, what do I do?
In the unfortunate (and very rare case) this happens please drop me an email with your order number and I can sort this for you.
Please allow 10 days for UK orders and 6weeks for international orders before emailing as things often get delayed.
Does the price include sales tax and customs?
Unfortunately not, As sales tax and customs vary so much dependent on where the order is going to this is in the hands of the buyer to sort. And your order may be applicable to tax and customs upon receiving. Please be sure to check these out online prior to ordering if you’re concerned.
